How To Place An Order?

Simply follow the steps below to place an order.
1.To add an item into your shopping cart, simply select the “Add to Cart” button.
2.Once you complete your selection of items, click on “VIEW CART” for a preview of your order. From here, you can review your order. If you're ready to place your order, click the “CONTINUE CHECKOUT” button.
3.Complete shipping and billing information, then click “CONTINUE PAYMENT” to proceed to payment.

How To Change My Order?

You can change the item info or delivery address by submitting a ticket before the shipment of your order to hello@lolinbyashop.ca. Note once the package is shipped out, it’s not possible to change the order. 

What should I do If I did not receive a notice email of order?

If you have not received the notice email of the order, please check your spam folder first. You can contact us to hello@lolinbyashop.ca or you could find the latest status of your order in “My Orders”. 

Can I remove item from the shopping cart?

Yes, if the order is not placed, you can remove the item from the shopping cart. But once you have placed the order, you can’t delete any item from the order.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards and PayPal.

Jewelry care

To keep your jewelry from fading and tarnishing quickly, always remove it before washing hands, taking shower,and swimming. Don't leave it on your bathroom sink, and avoid contacts with perfume, lotion, hair products, and chemicals(chlorine from pools etc.).
To maintain it's quality and luster, make sure that your jewelry is stored in a closed box in a cool, dry place, away from heat and strong light. Try to separate the pieces individually to prevent scratches to gemstones and metals. You can also store your fashion jewelry in a fabric-lined case with separate compartments, or wrap pieces singly in soft tissue paper.
For items that are dull and rusty, simply clean it with a soft cloth on a regular basis (once a month is a good rule of thumb). It's also applied to Sterling Silver pieces, but with a soft 100% cotton or a silver polish cloth. No liquids or solutions are necessary.
Aggressive and repeated rubbing will remove the plating over time. If it does show signs of significant wearing, a professional jeweler in your area will be able to repair the plating or other services such as loose stone or fall out.

What should I do If my order tracking information is not updated?

This means that the tracking information hasn’t been updated in the online tracking system in time, though the actual order status may have already been updated. Please try again later to see if the information has been updated. If there is no movement within a week, please feel free to contact our customer service via live chat or by submitting a support ticket  to hello@lolinbyashop.ca for assistance.

Do you offer free shipping ?

Standard/ Free. Orders under $50
For customers who do not mind waiting for their order to arrive. Sent through Canada Post Lettermail, not tracked. This can take anywhere from 8-21 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

Orders over $50 qualify for Expedited shipping ( with tracking number)

What is the delivery time?

Delivery times is:

Total time = processing time + shipping time
Our normal delivery time is 1-2 business days of preparing the orders, while orders placed on weekends will be shipped out the following business Monday.
